With the Imager Series graphics processors, it’s easy to generate industry standard bar codes, scaleable characters and other advanced graphics printing functions form your FormsPro 4000 Series printers. The formsPro 4300, 4500, and 4503 printers come standard with Code 39, 2 of 5, Interleaved 2 of 5, OCR-A, and OCR-B fonts. Depending on the complexity of your needs, the Imager or ImagerPlus will give you more bar code options and increased flexibility.

Both the Imager and ImagerPlus allow you to print human readable data with your bar codes, and you can automatically calculate check digits, increment or decrement data fields, and replicate labels both horizontally and vertically. Both the Imager and ImagerPlus are compatible with the QMS Magnumâ Code Vä Version 1 commands, and can be installed on all existing FormsPro printers (with the appropriate firmware updates).

The ImagerPlus, in addition to providing you with bar code capability, gives you the advantage of variable size characters, rotated print, and reverse image characters. The ImagerPlus also makes it easy to design a form, store its image, and overlay variable data onto the form for complex tasks such as AIAG labels.
