Return to PSI Depot Service
PSI offers Depot repair service at our Tampa, Florida repair center. The standard turnaround time is 5 working days from receipt of printer. The labor rate is $60 per hour. Parts will be charged at the current rate. Repair estimates will be provided prior to any repairs if the customer requests. If the customer decides not to have the printer repaired, PSI will charge a $30 fee for the estimate. The customer will also be charged for return freight.
The customer must call PSI prior to returning the printer and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This is used for tracking purposes. This RA number must be on the outside of the package when returned to PSI and referenced on all correspondence. Please include a note listing the printer model number, serial number, a sample of the problem and description of the problem. Also include a contact name and telephone number.
Customer must ship the printer freight prepaid. When the printer is repaired, it will be sent freight prepaid.
