PSI Printer Service
Peripheral Services, Inc. offers a variety of service options including depot service, time and materials onsite service, traditional onsite service contracts, Total Laser Care (TLC) agreements, and cost per print contracts. Our technicians are factory trained to repair HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Printek, TallyGenicom, Printronix, Datamax-O'neil, and Zebra brand printers. PSI can also repair other brands of printers including Dell, Kyocera.
Time & Materials - Return to PSI Depot Option:
When your printer decides to stop working properly, PSI is here to help.
With manufacturer certified technicians and offices strategically located
throughout the state of Florida, PSI can respond to your printer needs quickly
and effectively but if you are not in the state of Florida or just prefer to
have your printer repaired in our shop, Peripheral Services can make
arrangements for depot service or third-party repair work. Depot service is an excellent option if you want to cut the costs of repair and are able to
deliver the printer to PSI. The hourly rate is just $60 per hour with a
½ hour minimum. Parts and consumable items

Time & Materials - Onsite Service Calls:
When a printer breaks that is not under contract PSI is still
available for onsite service. The hourly rate is $90 per hour with a two hour
minimum. Parts and consumable items are charged additionally. This option is
good for any technology printer from laser printers to thermal barcode label
printers.
Traditional Service Contract:
For even more convenient and efficient service consider purchasing a
service contract. With service contracts, pay one annual price and all of the
parts and labor for any repairs covered by the contract will incur no additional
fee.* No more making due with a printer that just isn't performing up to par
simply because your budget will not allow you to make a service call. All of PSI's service contracts include onsite repairs and depending on your location,
are available with response times of 2-4 hours or next business day service.
Even with excellent quality service, it is still inconvenient to have your
printer break unexpectedly. To help prevent these breakdowns, most traditional
service contracts
also include a number of preventative maintenance calls throughout the year.
These calls are automatically scheduled and PSI service technicians dispatched
without any required action on your part. If PSI detects that a part is about to
go bad or the manufacturer recommends that it be replaced, our technicians will
take care of it before it becomes a problem. PSI's in-house service technicians
are based in Tampa, Orlando, Ft. Myers, and Ocala and can offer onsite contracts
in most of Florida. (see map)
With a PSI TLC agreement you never pay for service.
Simply buy PSI toner cartridges and receive onsite service for no additional charge. To get started you would need to sign a TLC
Agreement and buy two toner cartridges per printer. All parts,
onsite labor, and in most cases, maintenance kits, are included at
no additional charge for as long as you continue to purchase and use
PSI toner, as needed. In most cases, you only pay for toner with

Pay only for the printed pages and everything else is included at no
additional charge. Sign a CPP Contract and pay only for a minimum
number of printed pages each month plus any pages over the minimum. The
cost is about 1 cent per page**
for monochrome and about 9 cents per page for color prints. All repairs,
parts, labor, and maintenance kits are included and installed at no
additional charge. You only pay for pages with this program.
